Everyone was kind and welcoming. They were on top of cleaning everything. Friendly staff.

In these times of Covid, fires, and other natural disasters, it was simply wonderful to come to Seven Feathers, relax, have some fun, and forget for a while the sruggles. All of the staff were friendly, efficient, and so helpful. The rooms were so comfortable and clean Thank you so much for this get away.

Lisa the caller is awesome. She is easy to understand. And a very pleasant person to be around. The chicken strips and fries were really greasy. I would love it if there were healthier choices to eat.

Bingo was great as usual the caller was easy to understand we think she's great. But the food that was served left something to be desired it was very oily like the oil it was cooked in was used at a low temperature. The fish was very oily.

Staff in Bingo Hall very friendly. The snack bar good go to for a quick bite. Free beverages and best price in Douglas County for large scoop of Umqua Ice Cream.
Chicken strips are always delicious. Even when all the employees call in sick. The ones who were there worked their butts off to please customer's. They are awesome.

Fast and friendly
Not a fun place to go to when you go there and first thing was getting hit up for money in the burger king parking directly across the st from the casino. We get to the casino and there is just rude locals everywhere, than we go out and sure enough our car ( without a security system) was broke into and my purse git stolen. The food was Horrible ( since we didn't get any burgers from across the st because it was too sketchy with weirdos) all and all the place was gross, it's robbery , no one ever wins shit, bad vibes, go the... read more
A lot of the bingo machines were having problems which delayed the games. But the staff were wonderful.
