Getting ahold of Prep Navigator is difficult. Like most folks I block calls from unknown numbers. The Prep navigator would call from an unknown number. I’d put the number they asked to call in my contacts. Call that number, ALWAYS get voicemail. Then they would call back from yet another unknown number. Finally had to schedule the appt. By email. Can you fix the system so they call back from a known number?
