Amazing doctors, assistants, and staff Today I had a filling and normally I am extremely nervous, due to the care I have had in the past, but today was different. Kara eased my mind and completely eased my nerves. Dr. Hiener fixed my filling and made my tooth look as if I never had a hole in it at all. He smoothed my teeth and my bite meets better than it has ever met before. I highly recommend Shady Spring Dental Care. They are amazing!!!
Excellent care and concern for your comfort I had 3 teeth pulled. I've always been afraid of dentists, but Dr. Clay made me comfortable and at ease. I will continue to see Dr. Clay for all my dental care. I drive an hour and 10 minutes to get there but it is worth the drive. The care and compassion shown by all of the staff couldn't get any better.
Out of all the dentists I've been to (that I remember) I can honestly say that their methods are the most up-to-date and the most painless. Plus their after procedure care is very well thought through for the maximum comfort and care for the patient.
Everyone at SSD is wonderful. All the staff is friendly and remembers us in between appointments. Dr. Heiner is very honest and does a great job.
