I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Wills, his wife Stacy, and all of his staff that have been with me through my journey of nine months. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I am so happy with my end result and so thankful I chose Shady Spring Dental.
Have you ever had fun at a tooth extraction? Shady Springs Dental was enjoyable and very pleasant. Not only was it easy to get an appointment but the friendliness and attention to my care during my visit was at a level I have never experienced. I can’t wait to go back for my check up!
A very relaxed happy clean environment! The Staff is always professional, caring, prompt and friendly. Mary, especially, was very patient and helpful with insurance/ charges/ billing questions. The Doctors are gentle and handle tooth pain and procedures with care; assuring your comfort. But, first and foremost, the Docs are very knowledgeable, experienced and are happy to explain things in easy understandable “lay” terms. (And they welcome any questions you may have.) When I say I’m TERRIFIED of the dentist I mean it. I was crying before they even took me back. I knew I needed a tooth extracted and the entire staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and sweet to me. Not one person made me feel like I was being unreasonable (although I know I was). They went out of their way to make me comfortable. They put on my favorite music, offered me a blanket, were calm and soothing and even encouraging the entire time. Dr Meadows, Emily and Haven provided a comfortable experience while explaining the procedure in detail. They are caring and very knowledgeable. I was able to view before and after pictures of my dental procedure. I’ll definitely be going back due to the quality dental work and the wonderful care l received. Great job!
