Dr. Johnson at St. Alphonsus Emerald facility was extremely helpful. He took the time to review the files I provided, as I am a transplant from another state and a completely different medical system, UCLA, although all Anthem Blue Cross health insurance. First time meeting Dr Shae Johnson and his staff. Very pleased from the door screener to the check in staff, to the MA, then Dr Johnson. Dr Johnson was professional and personable, felt that we have found a provider that is interested in our health care needs, he listened and asked questions to get to know me as new patient, as I had hoped. Would highly recommend him to our family and friends.

Dr. Johnson gives you his undivided attention and is good at diagnosing your symptoms, or in referring you to a specialist if need be. I have confidence in what he does and recommends for me. Obviously, he's a busy doctor so doesn't have undo time for small talk.
