It is really a 5-Star Service at Shaffer's Offroad & Performance Initial installation: An ARB Safari Snorkel and ARB Twin Air Compressor were installed on a Tacoma. The work was clean, precise, and professional. Expert problem-solving: An unexpected issue with a new Rigd UltraSwing not fitting the aftermarket rear bumper was brought to their attention. I took my Tundra to Shaffer's Off-Road Performance to in Union City to diagnose clunking noise coming from my front suspension after a botched installation from another shop. After hearing the clunking noise from the front suspension, Mike, the owner of the shop immediately identified the noise coming from the driver's side front shock coil over assembly. The problem was quickly resolved by removing the shock coil overs, disassembling them and reassembling them before re-installation. Problem resolved, no more clunking sound... read more
