We attempted to get a house mortgage through a couple of lenders but USA Mortgage was the only one we could get approved for. Shane helped us all the way from start to finish and was very clear and helpful on the items we needed to get approved. If we ever need another mortgage of happen to refinance down the road we will definitely be choosing to go through Shane again.

From start to finish Shane was absolutely amazing!!! He done what we didn't even think was possible & that was get us in a beautiful home for our first home purchase. Shane took the time to explain things to me even before we thought moving here was possible, and went to bat for me to ensure I got a roof over my head. I shopped around for a mortgage, and Shane was great to work with. He answered my questions when I had them, and as a first-time homebuyer, I had many. He was quick to respond and didn't mind doing the extra work that my questions required. He was able to work things so USA Mortgage could match and beat a little bit the best deal I was offered. Then they were able to lock the rate at no cost. The next best deal I was offered wanted a $600 fee to lock the rate. The decision of who to go with turned out to be easy in the end.
