I had real disappointment at the end of the process, first with the insurance issue, and then the delay in closing, days after the committed closing date. My movers (I was coming from out of state) delivered my furniture to an alternate location because they were on time but the close didn't happen on time. This cost me an additional $500. It left a bad taste in my mouth
