I have severe anxiety issues and my lawyer virtual held my hand during the whole process. We went to mediation and she calmed me down through the whole thing. Thank you. When my 1st appeal was denied, it was very depressing and upsetting. I thought for sure, when I appealed the insurance companies first decision and submitted a bunch more medical information that I was going to finally get the LTD that I had paid in to for 25 years.
