This was my first visit with Dr. Shari Lipner. Because of the covid-19 pandemic, it was a video-visit. Dr. Lipner had familiarized herself with my file ahead of time and used the time efficiently to ask me relevant questions and give advice. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Lipner was attentive, professional, thorough and friendly. I look forward to continuing in her care.

We used my HD web camera so she could see what’s happening with my hand and make her recommendations for my treatment. She is a patient, thorough doctor and listens well to my concerns.
