I would like to say that the experience was good, and maybe Shawn takes steps to make it better when he refactors the loan for me for free but the rates that were available to me and what we discussed were not fully consistent with the original intent of working with Gershman and Shawn. I would like to say that Shawn was trying his best to get the absolute best rate however the actions taken are not consistent with this desire/belief/promise. I hope Shawn can take the steps to fix my loan rate.
