Shawn got us into a fha 30 year loan when everyone else said it wasnt possible..its a long process but it was worth it and shawn was so helpful. Kept in contact with us the whole time through a text email or phone call. Very pleasant company to do business with. Will be referring anyone who needs a house in the future. Thanks again..

This was so easy. From initial to final contact, everything was prompt and well communicated. I always knew at what stage we were at in the refinance peocess, what I needed to do and what to expect next. The videos were very informative and the floify account made me feel secure in uploading documentation as well as providing a great checklist. As long as Shawn and Sarah are with Van Dyke, I will be back!

Shawn is incredibly personable and goes out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible. This is the second time I have worked with Shawn and I’m not sure I would ever want to work with anyone on a mortgage, as long as he is in the business. I made the mistake of trying a different company because I was in situation where I needed a house/mortgage at the last second. I ended up having the worst experience and realized I should have worked with Shawn from the get go.
