The staff were always polite and happy to answer any questions or concerns. They made a what could be a stressful transition (new homeowner) into a much easier process. I would recommend them to anyone!

Miscommunication on some of the employees who work with Shawn. We would get emails stating to upload certain documents ASAP. So we uploaded them but would receive an email with more documents to load up or be told it was uploaded to late. This did not occur often but when it did we would get the email at or around 3pm and they wanted it by 5pm.
Shawn’s team worked hard to get things done in a timely manner and always reached out by phone after sending an email or request for information. This kind of correspondence was greatly appreciated!
