I couldn't ask for better service!! As a first time home buyer I never felt like a burden when I asked a question or when I would ask for a longer explanation during the process. That app made uploading documents extremely easy and I really appreciate the progress tracker the app also had which gave me a visual of what the next step will be. I always received a quick response to all of my emails. In short, I felt that I was important, taken seriously and only an email or a call away from answers. Thank you!!
