If I hadn't been led to believe that it would take a lot shorter time than it actually took. And was offered a higher loan amount, but then couldn't honor it..

The checks received to the creditors is a mess. For ex: the check for Chase Bank...says paid to "card member services....they would not accept the check. I called the Title co. to change it to Chase Bank. Another check was returned...smh. I would never recommend that Title co. If that is your only Title co...that's a problem. Only 2 checks have been accepted.... not cool!
