My experience with Shayna was in the capacity of the listing agent for a property Shayna's client purchased. What was most impressive was that she was proactive in presenting beneficial alternatives to each party in the agreement when the normal and customary resolution to a purchase agreement was not going to be easy or possible for her borrower.
