I really appreciated that Shayna brought up the 2-1 buydown, I had no idea what that was until she brought it up, and she also communicated that to my realtor to make sure that we could get it from the seller. It was huge in getting me a good price on the home. She also locked in interest rates proactively which I really appreciated and was quick to respond throughout the whole process and great at explaining things since I was new to this process.
