RecommendedDr. Borst and his staff are the best ever. They took very good care of my poodle Jake when I had him and my fur baby loved them too. I called them just as they were closing when Jake broke his leg and they stayed there until I brought him in to take care of his leg. Jake had all his dental care there and never had any post problems. unfortunately he developed CHF that they also managed too. I just cannot say enough good things about Dr. Borst, Allison and the front office staff. If you love your pet they will too.
I took my severely anxious dog here for an eye problem. My dog was his terrible self but the staff was absolutely phenomenal! They were patient with him and me, as they could tell I was embarrassed. The vet was very willing to listen and asked great questions about my little guy. Pricing was very reasonable as well!
We are fairly new to Shelby Street Animal Clinic but have experienced nothing but amazing care for our dogs! The staff is amazing! We recently had one dog neutered and our older dog had a tumor and some yucky teeth removed. They stood by their price quote and took the best care of our pups!

Shelby Street Animal Clinic is THE BEST. I will never go anywhere else. Julie at the front desk is the nicest, sweetest woman. She will literally do whatever she can to fit you in even when there’s no openings if it’s a timely matter. She remembers you by name. Both doctors are incredible. They are so knowledgeable and so real, and don’t beat around the bush. The prices are affordable and they are willing to work with you because they genuinely care about the health of the animals. I love this place.
