Shellbrook CT Great property, Nice area and great for pet owners. North Hills is a 5 min drive away and its a 15 min drive to NCSU/Meredith College. Affordable rent with a good amount of space and parking is open. While there are a few issues with tile-work in the bathroom, a few phone lines hanging with their cases and having the cable line pulled from a closet a room over. Shellbrook: where the tenants matter When I moved to Raleigh I was a little overwhelmed by the amount of apartments in the area. I spent a week trying to find an affordable and nice one bedroom apartment. Being right out of college I needed the pricing to be reasonable and the environment to be safe. Living at Shellbrook Shellbrook Apartments is a great place to live. The staff is professional and nice. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. They offer a number of amenities such as a pool, basic work out room, and laundry facility. They offer a number of apartment styles. Some are renovated and some are not. Shellbrook is located in north hills which is really close to lots of stores and restaurants. The place be a bit buggy, but they make an effort to exterminate the apartments every few months.
I was so disappointed in the end. I'm leaving Shellbrook sadly disappointed. In the seven years I lived there, I referred three new residents, always kept the apartment clean, paid my rent early each month, and was a good tenant. Shellbrook was good to me, too. Maintenance requests were responded to quickly, and I've been pleased with the community over the years. I've given the property two 5 star reviews in the past. It's ok It's alright not to bad very little but not for a family kids can't have bikes or have fun pretty much
