all persons I was in contact with were more than just courteous, they were tender hearted and really cared about me and my comfort. Dr. Eddy7 was gentle and careful no to hurt me asking if I was having any pain. It was sure a lot different than my first root canal treatment...

I left feeling like a sculpture.... A work of art! I can tell Dr. Sauer cares about his patients and his work. Delightful, wise staff... I feel fortunate to be in their care! My appreciation is immense!!

Last Fall I had scheduled an Invisalign treatment, but several days later I had second thoughts so I emailed Donna to let the office know I had decided against the treatment. A day later I had received no reply. Out of common courtesy I called to confirm it had been received. Donna's reply was a curt yes, followed by silence. I've always been treated so well by Dr. Sauer & Ranita. This has left a bad taste in my mouth for the clinic.
