"Good service always, in and out in no time ,always honest..." Good service always, in and out in no time ,always honest about what you need done to your vehicle and noticed when I was there them cleaning and sanitizing everything in the waiting area.
"For the past 20 years I have either purchased my cars..." For the past 20 years I have either purchased my cars from Sheridan or serviced them there. The staff has always been friendly. This visit was a quick tire check and change I had to wait for. The waiting room was clean even the other customers were friendly. During this pandemic, some places you go to for service are not looking out to protect their customers. But Sheridan was good with that and I appreciate it.

Concern: the driver’s front floor mat was black with wet foot prints and door panel with scuff marks. In other words no protect sheet was placed on the floor. However, I wasn’t too impressed when I had to go back a week later for an issue and the guy who sold me the car acted as if he never knew me. You would think that he would instead ask how I was doing with the car. He totally blew me off and it was not as if the place was busy. It was hard to overlook that. Hence, the rating.
