0 Star : My Experience I received my notification that my car was ready 45 minutes before I had to pick it up the day before it was supposed to be ready. Because my insurance company does not allow me to keep the rental car past when the car is ready, I had to rush to put gas in the rental, return it, and get there. It's a good thing I live nearby. Also, the estimate was under the repair cost. It was a condition of the repair cost that the cost of the repair be at or under the estimate for me to not have to pay my deductible... read more

5 Star : My Experience My insurance company had not really been on their game with this claim, Your front desk girl was so quick to get them on the phone this morning when I came to pick up and get the problem resolved. Then I was a bit stunned when I got in my car and did not recognize it because it was so clean! Such a wonderful gift to someone who has struggled a bit the past few months! This was the second time in four months that someone wrecked my car , so I do appreciate You All!
