Great service! I wouldn't trust anyone else when it comes to my swimming pool - we have followed their advice regarding use of chemicals since day one and have never had any problems. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they work very hard to keep their customers happy.

Service, Knowledgeable Staff, Follow-up, Products The service we have received from them in the 2007 season has been great. Great loacation and Staff. Very knowledgeable. They have this aboveground pool they install that has a hard bottom. It is awesome. High Class Pools and Service. Inground/aboveground service is the best i have had. They know what they are doing and tell you upfront what to expect. I know they have 10% off all chemicals the whole month of April and don't even need the invite to get the 10% off. Company is a joke, since new owners took over it's not been a good experience. I paid 3500.00 for a pool liner installed, the liner cost on line shipped to my door 900.00. Took them 2 hours. That's 1800.00 per hour. The pool leaked and I lost 1/2 the water. I called and complained, it took them a week to get back out and charged me for a diver??? It was there responsibility to...

GIMME A BREAK Go look at 2/8/2008. Do you find it funny that all those reviews came in during the DEAD OF WINTER ON THE SAME DAY????? One was MStover (owners wife's maiden name), and MAJASKULSKI (owners last name). The rest are friends and don't even have pools. How pathetic to LIE and try to get customers?? WOW. They have no clue how to use their own products and are absolutely positively not reliable. They love people having problems so they can sell you more chems and give you the run around. Bad Business and unknowlegable Suppose to have been in business for many years but just took over the business several years ago. First they want all the money up front. Luckily we did not do this because the money we did put down was squandered and they never completed the job partly because they did not have the knowledge needed to do the job. They may be okay at putting chemicals in an existing pool but don't ever let them do any renovations to a pool. You'll be left without any pool and out thousands of dollars.

Bad Business Practice We had extensive work with Sherwood Valley this summer. We have used their business for years and have always been happy with the service. However, make note that two years ago Sherwood was secretly sold to a new owner. The positive reviews are under the old owners. The new owner sold us a pool heater, liner, pool vacuum. He did not disclose hidden costs of venting the heater, water trucks for the pool, and the vacuum broke in the first week and he would not allow us to return it. Our intial cost was $6... read more

Poor Service! This company sold me a pump and hooked up a filter and piping which exploded twice in the same day. They came back and fixed it both times. Now we have a leak and they want to charge me $120 to fix! I declined and the owner is now asking for a $90 service call, news to me, which he was here for 5 seconds and didn't touch a thing.
