What a great experience I had here. After working in this field for over 25 years, it’s very difficult to be on the other side of the table, as a client. The staff at Shiloh made me feel extremely comfortable and confident during my initial exam. Everyone I encountered was so nice and personable, but most importantly, gentle and caring with my kiddo. My Pekingese sustained an injury to her left eye. I called Shiloh and they got me in to see Dr. Cook that afternoon. The reception staff was efficient and welcoming. Rolla took us into the exam room and was very efficient and caring. Dr. Cook examined Mia, then discussed my options did a treatment plan. I am so thankful for Dr. Cook and the Shiloh staff for helping me through this difficult situation.

My sweet boy Bentley, a two year old parti poodle, was diagnosed with lymphoma at the beginning of March and passed away about a two weeks ago. Toward the end, during a short visit with him to pick up some end of life comfort meds, I absolutely fell part. We’re talking blubbering sobbing mess. Dr Cook and her staff were so amazing.
