Excellent, personable, patient, thorough, forthright customer service. Mr. Botelho is a great guy and really works to make sure both that the process works for the customer, and that the customer understands how the process works. Couldn't ask for a better guy.

I had an emergency and needed the car to be shipped across the country. It was the weekend. I had a flight to catch and the first transportation shipping company had failed me miserably. ShipMyCarNow was open on Saturday and the company owner immediately scheduled my vehicle to be transported either the next day or Monday. It was a blessing to have found this transportation company. Shipyourcarnow transported an old Sunfish sailboat from Maine to Texas without any issues. Communications were above average for this industry. Would use them again.

My experience with this company was a good. I received my vehicle at the assigned time and in the same condition that it left from New York. I would recommend this company to my friends and anyone that needs to transport their vehicle from one place to another.

Excellent response and on going communications. CA to PA. The expediter and the truck drivers were great. Waiting for a truck did take some time. Shipping was simple and arrival date, after pickup, was as scheduled. Vehicle arrived without incident. THANK YOU
