I used SYCN to transport my car from AZ to NC. Mark F. helped me and made sure the process went smooth. I only gave them 1.5 week notice, but Mark was able to find a driver that was able to pick up within the given time frame. I did run across an issue with the scheduling, driver said there was a miscommunication with Mark on the date. After advising Mark, he called the driver and the company called me and made it right. I use Ship Your Car Now for our business and they do an excellent job. Pick up and drop off are always timely. I decided to use them for personal use when I shipped my mother's car. They were excellent. The driver called me to confirm delivery a day or two before and I was notified when they picked up the vehicle just as I am notified when they pick up one of our business vehicles. Richard is my rep and I speak to him often. He has been an excellent representative for Ship Your Car Now. I would hire Richard.

Ray S and his crew there at SYCN are incredible. nothing less than great customer service. when and if I have questions or issues, they pull together to answer or make it right. been using them for multiple types of vehicles or equipment moved all of the country. they learned my needs and personalized our communication and dispatching to suit them. it always gets done!

I had been dealing with other transport companies that were just giving me the run around. To my dismay, no driver ever signed. So I got ahold of ship you car now, and worked with Mark F.! He got me a driver that day, even though it was later in the evening. None the less, I got my 1980 Corvette delivered to me that night! Only hours after I signed with him. I am extremely satisfied and I no longer and stressing over it! Thank you Mark!
