I’m very happy we chose Shoney’s to redo our pool. Liz is such a pleasure. Ted is very responsive, professional, and has a keen eye for detail… plus he made some really great recommendations to save us money. As an architect, it was important to me who I selected for work on my own home. I would not hesitate to use Shoney’s again. I have heard and seen some pretty nightmare situations and stories with other (unmentioned) pool contractors. Shoney’s really proved themselves to me. We love our renovated pool. Shoney’s is a decent company however their subs are far from good. We had our pool and spa redone less than 2 years ago and the spa which had held the finish for over 10 years was getting old and needed resurfaced. After a year the finish on the spa kept at no more then 100 degreees started coming off. Shoneys passed the buck to their subcontractor and they gave me the run around and said it was because off excessive heat and chemicals did that and they will not repair. We will use other options next time.

We recently had our pool/pavers remodeled and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, on time, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They helped us choose great finishes and paid attention to every detail. The transformation is amazing—our pool looks brand new and has completely upgraded our backyard. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free pool remodel! Price was very reasonable!

The owner and office staff were helpful. This was 2 or 3 years ago. It was done on schedule. I like the pool finish, and the pool itself. I was not happy with the company follow up. I had to email multiple times to get things done. They did not know when their sub contractors had been out. Not a great thing. The sub contractor that did the paver deck, did a terrible job. Did not say anything at the time, should have I retrospect. The sand between pavers does not stay, and it was not sealed. May years ago I built pools. Ju... read more

Shoney’s Pools LLC did an absolutely amazing job with our pool remodel. We had it resurfaced, new tiles, new pavers, new lights and new equipment. They were very professional and meticulous, qualities I look for in a company. Chad, the owner, was in constant communication with us from beginning to end ensuring we were happy with the progress. Our pool turned out fantastic and is exactly how we envisioned it. There are not many companies left like Shoney’s Pools that are this dedicated to customer satisfaction and that’s why... read more
