Clark can't fit through the handicap compass gate
All parking is paid and couldn't pay for just 30 mins. Felt ripped off considering I just needed to run some errands. Parking lot had very low ceilings and made me nervous driving an SUV
Can't find the stores
It's gone down hill the past few years. The pigeons are out of control at this time. Droppings all over the place. It doesn't help when a few locals are seen feeding them right near Skytrain and the bus loop. And then there's all the smokers, which the "security" does nothing about. The small playground ofter has the aroma of pot. Just what I want my toddler inhaling.
This is a great facility. Everything is available in one location. However, today I tried to help someone who had passed out in front of the Shoppers Drug Mart. I had asked an employee to call security when I went into the store. He was standing but looked to be in incredible pain. When I came out of the store 10 minutes later, he was passed out with his pants around his knees. After trying to revive him, I had to call an ambulance. Where was security? Terrible shopping experience. Awful employees. Security needs an education. Absolutely atrocious. I hate this place with a passion. NEEDS TO CHANGE ASAP
