Convenient location with a variety of unique businesses but very noisy and dark. If you are uncomfortable with street people, be wary of visiting during off hours.

Lots of stores with very convenient Skytrain access. The noise from the Skytrains can be quite unbearable sometimes though, but I guess that's the problem with having a train run through a mall. The ATM is however probably the fishiest thing I've ever seen, avoid it at all costs.
