I asked an employee about the price of one item and she didnt have any clue of what customer service is. She literally answered my question with disgust and in a hurry and swaying her hand around to let me know that everything in the store is priced for $1.25 each. I also work in a retail environment and I always make sure that I engage and connect to the customers and to get a treatment like this is really disappointing . Convenient and easy access via SkyTrain. The floors of the inside corridors are beyond disgusting; they always smell pretty bad. They could use a cleaning at least once in a while.
Not the most desirable place to shop, very few stores, a large amount of street people pan handling, doing drugs, and loitering, located at the New West SkyTrain.
Pay parking to shop or go to the movies no thanks. Only a short drive to metrotown where the parking is free.
The only reason I stop here is the convenience. Safeway, dollar store and one restaurant. Otherwise it's a pass through
There isn't much here but a bunch of loitering teens.
