Was a great experience......
A very convenient "skytrain mall" so to speak. There are 2 pubs, and the spud shack which also serves alcohol, a Safeway, a Tim Hortons, escape rooms, a smattering of other shops, and Landmark theatre which is easily my favourite thanks to online booking and big comfy leather recliners. 2 levels of parking underground. Beware the parking meters, they can be unreliable and cranky.
