Where can I start? The staff(especially in concession) are always talking to each other and ignoring customers or always on there phones. You have to call their attention 3+ times before anyone looks at you. The popcorn is way to salty and you have to grab one out of the warmer. If you ask an employee to serve you on they go on to say "it's self serve you can grab everything yourself". So rude and disrespectful. The women's restroom was very dirty. Disappointed with my first Showbiz experience. First of all, when you arrive for your movie early the ads are already going at full blast volume while the lights are still on. You can't even think or hear the person next to you. This is pre-movie! It's not necessary. For snacks, please put on display what you're getting before you order.
