Dr. Clemons was inconsiderate and said to a quadriplegic confined to a wheelchair, “If you can’t get in my exam chair there is nothing I can do for you.” That is why the medical equipment has swing arms and the chair itself moves back to accommodate wheelchairs, Dr. Clemons. Also, there is a law called the ADA not to mention the rules of Medicare participation. You should read both, Dr. Clemons.
I called twice, both times the receptionist was rude and refuse service. She told me that I was not allowed to pay cash for exam or glasses

Rude staff. Dry personalities from Doctors. Do not go out of their way to show adequate service to the patients during check-in. Lady at the front desk made me feel like I was bothering her while asking questions about insurance and what services they offer.

Some of the desk staff is very rude and have an attitude over a simple matter that needs to be corrected with all the staff to fully inform the patients of what is needed when they come in (specifically updated cards if they have them and if not let them know to have them or request them beforehand).

We’ve been going for 8 years however the office closes early without notice periodically. Today (Friday) our pharmacy called in the need for a prescription renewal early in the morning. This was not taken care of AND the clinic closed 2 hours early. When I called to see why it hadn’t been filled I had to through the emergency after hours operator—even though it was still Business hours.
