Placed a pick up order that was to be ready by 7:15 and when I arrived to pick my order up, they didn’t have anyone to give me the food. So the food sat on the open counter for 20+ minutes before it was handed to me. Several workers walked past and never once asked what I needed. Paid a lot of money for the food to be cold.

waited almost 40 minutes for a luke warm shrimp basket and cold fries, only 4 other tables, waitress seemed bothered to take our order, won't be back.
