Need to move scheduling back to the Rudyard office- it was nerve wracking this winter to watch a Shute truck fill up my neighbor and totally bypass me when I was at 30% and declining. This happened 3 different times. Shute used to fill up all tanks in an area all at once. I’m going to give them one more season to improve before switching suppliers.

My Sister & I have been ill with flu for 2 weeks. We had not been outside to clear path to tank, for monthly propane delivery. Jonathan N. did the delivery on 1/8/2026 & had to trudge through @ least 12-15 inches of drifted snow, to reach our tank. Would you please let him know how much we appreciate his kindness!
