The staff is trustworthy. When I went to another repair shop, I was pushed to change the screen, the battery and the rear glass right away and was estimated higher total repair cost.

Got a battery replaced for an Iphone XS here, the person working there was very cool about it! First he made sure to clarify the (very small) issue in regards to third-party battery repairs for an Iphone XS, before completing the switchover in half-an-hour, and throwing in a free screen protector to boot. First time writing a review, feels worth it :)

I had my Pixel 5 glass replaced recently and they've done a great job! The turnaround time is quick (<3 hrs) and very good customer service. Had some issues with my mic too and they replaced it without additional costs.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I rang in the morning and made an appointment to come in about 12:00 pm. I handed the iPhone over and the technician said it would be done in half an hour. I appreciated their honesty, efficiency and the fact that I was given a choice for the repair.
