We had a great experience with Siding Unlimited with replacement of our front door and a new roof. Our sales representative Justin was instrumental in getting us a better insurance settlement after we had hail damage. Our insurance company had missed much of the damage and Justin met with the insurance adjuster to point out the damage. The roof was installed by a team or workers, who completed the project in two half days - an afternoon and then the following morning. We had an exceptional experience with Siding Unlimited. We had windows and siding replaced. Installation was right on schedule. Install crews were very considerate and professional. Couldn't have been more pleased. Previously, we had a "water situation" adjacent to our chimney. Siding Unlimited gave great care to remedy the earlier damage, and kept us informed on the process, with incredible attention to detail.

First project- bad communication from sales person who was fired or quit. Work quality was decent but details like caulking gaps made me worried but they said they would come back to fix and they did. Second project- Bay window ordered, said it would arrive on October 2nd to their warehouse. I had to call the day before install (October 13th) to find out what time they would arrive and they didn't even receive the bay window yet and need to push the install. I had a new roof installed on October 22nd. The Workers were here at 7:30am and worked until 7:00pm, even using flashlights to finish up their clean up work. The dumpster was picked up at 7:30am on October 23rd. The roof looks great and I was impressed with all of the work that was done.However, the left over singles and related products have been on my front lawn since the work completed on October 22nd and are not scheduled to be picked up by *** supply complany until Monday, October 28th, practically a full week since the... read more

If you don't care how long it takes, when things happen, or need communication throughout your project, these are your guys! We're using different contractors to finish the project. Per our Siding Unlimited project coordinator, "you guys have been through a lot with this project."

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I really thought I had found a great company, made the deposit for my new roof and skylight in March with an install date in June because I wanted to be home when they did the job. Well, the Install date came. Siding Unlimited was a no show and no call. I reached out to them, and they told me they completely forgot about me.
