Home Sweet Home If you're looking for special place to call home, this is it. The personnel, Russell and his assistant, are one in a million, it's not just business, these people care. Maintenance is always available, polite, and very knowledgeable. The grounds are clean, and Security is present. I've been here for 1 year and a half, not a bad day yet. Even the neighbors are nice. They have rats They have rats I only been here 5 months and I see rats in my kitchen I’ve been trying to kill them but I rather move to a area where it’s no rats ??
Terrible Leasing Office I set an appointment with them for a virtual tour twice. They don’t have agents available that honor your appointments. No point in contacting because they won’t show you the apartment.
Not Safe This apt is located in Greenspoint area known for crime. When I lived there I was broken into, came in through the window, left out from door. The maintenance had the audicity to ask me if I broke the glass.Why would I break into my own apt when I have a key, all because they didnt want to order a new window.I even filed a police report. If you have anything of value or care about your life, do not move here!!!
Be ready for living with roaches, mice and regularly without water The pool will always be closed. In your apartment you will find a lot of roaches, nothing will help you to eliminate it. Treat all eight apartments of the same building simultaneously? Never happen. From time to time, you will be out of the water (hot and cold) for up to 4 hours. 10 pictures of a lie! The rent is CHEAP and pretty much the only reason why I have stayed here as long as I had. Pest control is an issue, The POOL, which literally they have over 10 pictures of it, has never been open! MANAGEMENT is helpful, Russell is a nice manager. SECURITY used to be good, but they haven't been on duty in a long time. There has been car break-ins in the past couple of months; they were expected, as the area is BAD. Roaches, broken gate, and closed mini-pool Meanwhile, it's one of the cheapest places to stay in Houston; I would not recommend it if you can afford anything better for the following reasons: 1. Roaches. Everywhere, management cannot pest control your neighbors. So you will have visitors. 2. Security. Someone in March 2019 smashed the entry gate and still - gates are open for barbarians. Keep your valuables locked. 3. Pool and other facilities. Nice looking, but closed all the time. You can smell 420 and hear police around.
