This apartment complex has been great. We have truly enjoyed our stay here and our lease is up soon. We love the location just between Hutto/Round Rock. Not much heavy traffic. Maintenance has been great at responding to calls. Our son is allergic to ants and we had a slight ant problem on the flower bed outside of our building and they were able to enter through to our unit.. after an emergency trip to the ER for our son we complained and pest control came the very next day to treat our unit. Location is everything and just absolutely love it here. Can't say enough about the staff and how helpful they have been throughout the moving in process. I can honestly say this is one of the best apartments I've lived in so far.
Moved in a few months ago the staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly the 24 hour clubhouse and gym have everything you could as for as well as a great sized pool and the apartment themselves are amazing

Love this place! Has so many great amenities and a cute backyard for our pups. Also the staff is super sweet and very responsive to any questions we have.
The staff is really helpful. The apartments are beautiful. Yes, it does suck that you have to pay an extra $15/month for an Echo Dot & an extra $30 for a washer & dryer when you already have one (plus more fees ex: cable, valet trash). But the apartments a brand spankin' new and worth the money. Might as well get your moneys worth. Especially with the cost of living going up every few months.
The Property Speaks for itself. Wide open and a lot of turf with A well-designed pool with Plenty of parking. Did I mention the staff I would give the Manager Hana 5 stars she is great to work with and always so friendly? Looking forward to working with Siena Round Rock. Thanks, Matt Cox BDG
I wish I could give this place zero stars. Living at Siena Round Rock has been nothing but stress and disappointment. The Problems: Terrible Management The manager clearly doesn't know how to do her job. Every time there's an issue, she either ignores it, blames someone else, or gives an attitude. Instead of helping residents, she makes things harder. The rest of the office staff isn't any better -- they're rude, unorganized, and never actually help with anything.
