I enjoy living here. It is nice and quiet. Staff are friendly. I like the location. I prefer living here than in an apartment.
They are very helpful and caring. They offer a studio, 1bd, 2bd. Nice but very small closets, only independent living has kitchenettes. They are in process of remodeling them. Housekeeping, laundry and trash pick up weekly.
I am currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Santa Fe. Overall, things at this facility have been okay but I do have some concerns.
We visited Pacifica Santa Fe and our staff representative was very accommodating, friendly, and provided a good tour. We visited with nurse who was very helpful. Lunch was delicious and generous. The building was older than other places we visited. The tour was very well done and we left feeling positive about the overall experience.
Pacifica Senior Living has been a good experience so far, our friend there is receiving good care. He really likes the meals and the dining service is great. He always really enjoys all the activities being offered. Pacifica has a really nice social atmosphere - he had made some clothes friends with a few staff members and other residents. The staff are relatively responsive to his needs and we would recommend. The value is terrific.
The staff is very personable, friendly and respectful. However they are a bit short staffed and don't tend to him as often as they should. Our uncle evacuated his home due to wildfires and needed a place right away and this facility offered him a furnished apartment at no extra cost. Our uncle is a retired professor of languages and has enjoyed the company of some of the other residents who share similar experience and interests. My loved one was very difficult, to the point that I could not keep him at home anymore. The staff at Pacifica were well equipped to handle those types of challenges and knew what to do. They were efficient. And the facility was very nice and well-maintained. I would recommend it to others.
The lady who I spoke with was very nice and informative, she had a lot of helpful information that she gave us. Unfortunately it was just too expensive for my mom.
This is a good community for the money. For the cost, this is a good buy.
