I went for a new client visit and while taking X-rays I repeatedly asked are you sure all these are covered on my insurance. (New area of town and thought I’d get a dentist in the area) They said it’s ok we did the estimate to the insurance it came back ok. Great! - no not at all... A MONTH later they called me saying there is a balance $33.00 When I asked how is that possible you said the day I was getting my X-rays done it’s covered. They only care about money. Had a simple infection and they wanted to take out both my wisdom tooth and my molar tooth. After a 2nd opinion, I just removed the wisdom and the molar healed. Also, I was with the hygienist for 45 min, she spend 15 min talking, and then tried to charge me for 4 units of scaling.
