Janice MacMillan has made our home-buying venture a wonderful experience! She is transparent and proactive and clearly represents the best interest of her clients. We walked into buying a house with very little understanding of the process, but Janice was patient with us and answered every question we had. She continuously updated us on the status of our process and the house and made us feel very comfortable that nothing was falling through the cracks.
