I never write reviews, but this has to be said.... Please stay away from this dentist office. My 8yr old son went in for a filling and was screaming in pain because they didn't give any of the deadening agents time to work and Dr Ward kept rudely saying 'just cooperate!' and 'be quiet!' obviously afraid of other patients hearing my son in agony. It took everything in me to not scoop my son up and run out of there. He also told me that my 12 year old had 2 cavities ($600 worth) and after visiting another dentist today for a 2... read more
Horrible made me have to go to an oral surgeon to have everything he did come out! Cement all the way to my nerve, socket , gum line to where it was bulging out!

It was and continues to be the worst experience! Not only did Dr. Ward not fix what I went in for, he created so many more issues! I went in for fillings and one crown and left with chipped and broken teeth and a temporary crown done so poorly it actually created an infection in my gums that was causing me to get sick. I went in for my follow up and the day of, he called in sick. I saw the hygienist instead and even she was appalled by the work and she recommended that I go to a different dentist to get it fixed sooner. I sa... read more
I had an awful experience a few months ago with my 3 year old. The hygienist was NOT kid friendly and acted like my son being scared was a huge disruption to her day. He was just apprehensive about laying down in the chair. When I said let's just reschedule because I don't want to make this a traumatizing experience, she said "Well you're just letting him win." I would not take your young kids there, but I'm sure it's great for adults.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and the way I was treated. I came in for a treatment that I wanted and they did the treatment they wanted. I looked on my credit card this morning and was charged more than the service they provided to me. They make mistakes and don't even apologize when they find that they made a mistake. The reception doesn't have a heart and doesn't know how to apologize for her mistakes. I would not recommend anybody to come to this location
