Cynthia was very informative and friendly. I enjoyed the tour and lunch was delicious. The apartments have a lot of natural light and they include an outdoor patio. In general, Silver Springs is an outstanding property.
The representative was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very nice and well layout. All of the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful. We are thinking very favorably of moving to Silver Springs.

This was an amazing experience. Greeted with a smile and welcoming word. Had a fantastic tour, an absolute beautiful place. Had a meeting with the head lady who answered all my questions and gave me information on many other’s issues I may have with bringing my mom home. Guided me to several places I needed to go for my mom to get help. She was so kind, looked things up for me, wrote everything down and said I could call for help when I needed. The staff was excellent, welcoming and polite. The facility is lovely and I appreciated the opportunity to explore. Sincere thanks for the food and beverages which were very good. This rating would be a 5 if more than one, extremely small and unfurnished unit was available to view. I will be arranging another visit to see ne or two other floor plans. Thank you!

Lovely facility with a full range of care options: Independent to memory care. Thorough tour by Cynthia; plenty of time spent with us. Excellent 3-course lunch. All questions answered (I had a long list). Floor plan options and costs covered. Given a gift bag with delicious cookies as we left. Followup questions submitted by email promptly answered. Received a PDF file with the site map showing the floor plan option for each room as well as the locations of all the entrances and exits.
