I have been living here for over 2 years, and we really love it here! Very professional staff always. Everyone is always very friendly. I just celebrated my birthday on the rooftop and my friends and I all had an amazing time. Great place to live, I love it!! Charlie

Where do I begin to GLOW about happy I am to live in Silver Towers? And call it HOME! I've lived here for 4 years, and I've renewed my lease 4 times. Richard Fite in the leasing office has been my guy for the last couple renewals, and the most recent included a move within the building. He was helpful and patient and made the CRAZY Manhattan leasing process simple and easy. Hell's Kitchen is growing quickly, especially with the development happening in Hudson Yards. There are many buildings to choose from, and trust me, I looked at all of them every time I was nearing the end of my leases. Frankly, there are newer buildings in the neighborhood, but Silver Towers has stayed modern as well. The biggest factor in my commitment to making Silver Towers home is the building staff. Let's face it, you can have the coolest apartment in the world, but your building staff can ruin that quickly. EVERY person you interact with here is a true professional who was hired because they truly enjoy helping the residents as well as their families and guests. I'm happy to answer anyone's questions as a long-term resident who has lived in both towers of this incredible little neighborhood so many of us call HOME.
