I took a family member and l am pleased with their services, Dr Madelin was very nice explaining all of my questions. The place has "first come first serve " policy but l never spent over one hour from beginning to end. I have only good reviews for this place.
Amazing doctors and the front office staff is the sweetest. I’m very glad I’ve been able to be attended by them. I had been to a few different offices and looked at different neurologists but I haven’t been as satisfied as I’ve been at Simon’s.
I had to come to this clinic after I started experiencing a lot of what to me was weird symptoms,from the second I made the appointment until I got out these people were incredible! Im really picky when it comes to doctors but let me tell you guys this practice it’s amazing & the doctors are above & beyond, I would recommend anybody to come here & I promise you will be more than happy & in a comfortable environment
I regularly go to this clinic, the doctors are very professional and know patients by heart. Staff was very understanding, I recommend this clinic to all. It's rare to find a team of doctors as dedicated as these.
I had the most horrible experience with Dr Madeline Moya. She has no bedside manners , lack of empathy and respect for her patients. She is dismissive of what the patient has to report related to symptoms which is essential in any diagnosis process and more so when treating epilepsy. Is she really a Neurologist or a family practitioner ? I wonder as the language she uses when talking to patients is totally inappropriate and unprofessional.
