RecommendedThe attention to detail was great, the front desk people were very friendly and the technician were very helpful and careful and the staff was friendly great service!!!!
I stopped by after a nearby doctor visit to make a future appointment for an MRI but they were able to take me that day! Had time for a breakfast honey-butter chicken-biscuit at Wendy's while filling out my paperwork then was back at Simon-Med . Retired and don't often get up that early so it was nice to get it all done in one morning (and a rare breakfast biscuit!)

I arrived on time for my appointment and they took my information and within 5 minutes, I was back in the providers room. I was have a nuclear medicine scan which involved having to have an injection. The tech was very professional. She explained the process and took her time to find a good vein as I am not an easy stick. She showed lots of care and compassion during my time there.
The walk-in X-ray cue is fast and efficient. The X-ray technician, Adam was kind, thorough and very attentive to the patient’s needs.

Although it took quite some time for me to get seen, the staff was very helpful. So I was waiting for my CD of my x-rays. The gentleman that took the x-rays I told him I needed a copy to take with so I can get into see the doctor quicker. He said it would take about a minute. And I waited a little over an hour, and still didn’t get the CD. He said they were having troubles burning it. So hopefully I can pick it up Today
