I had an appointment yesterday at 10 o’clock at Waterford Lakes. I arrived there and they told me the system was down. They could’ve called me in advance so I did not drive all the way out there and then they sent me to Lake Underhill I had to wait an hour plus as my appointment wasn’t till 1115. at 12 o’clock I still was not in getting my five minute x-ray, this could’ve been managed better. It was a waste of half a day.
Getting an XRay should be simple these days, but not with Simone Med. they won’t make appointments for X-Rays which forces you to waiting for 2-3 hours in their lobby. After multiple attempts at waking in at multiple locations I decided to show up 30min before they opened, was 2nd in line and still had a Two hour wait. There are so many imaging places in Orlando, I’d recommend going anywhere else
