Scheduling with them was the worst experience I have ever had trying to make an appointment for a medical procedure. The person taking the call tried to tell me I didn't live where I live, told me I was having 2 procedures when only one was ordered and scheduled both procedures. I am a physician and I know what was ordered! Her command of English was so poor that I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat, but she refused. Terrible mistreatment by a technician named ****. Went for an MRI on 3/9/26- was mistreated and condescended by this technician. I chose not to stay silent & wrote a ****** review. SimonMed responded apologizing for the inconvenience & suggesting I contact them via email which I did. Have not heard from them.
I paid extra for Mammogram + Heart but only received a report for Mammogram +. The worst part is no one can resolve the issue tor me. I have called and emailed a few times and they dont provide the Heart results nor refund me. I was charged twice on my credit card statement by SimonMed and they have told me there is nothing they can do. WE WERE TOLD TO ARRIVE AT 7:45 AM FOR AN 8:00 AM APPT THE DOORS OF THE FACILITY DIDN'T OPEN UNTIL 8:00 AM NO ACCOMODATION TO WAIT OTHER THAN STAND FOR 15MINS AN 82YR OLD WOMAN , WAITED FOR AN HOUR TO BE TOLD SHE WAS NOT HYDRATED ENOUGH FOR THE PROCEDURE AND WOULD NEED TO RESCHEDULE INSTRUCTION WERE NPO PAST MN OTHER THAN WATER HOW MUCH WATER WOULD SHE CONSUME DURING THE HOURS OF MIDNITE AND 7:45 AM PLS HIRE STAFF THAT ARE MORE KNOWLEDGABLE THAN TO GIVE THOSE TYPE OF INSTRUCTIONS AND ACT AS IF IT'S THE PATIENTS FAULT TESTING ... read more
They won't stop calling me. I have told the repeatedly to remove me from the system but as soon as I answer to tell them that the calls increase. This has been going on for 6 months.
This is a horrible company. For scheduling or inquiries they put you on hold for up to an hour, then it's very common to get disconnected. When you do get a live person, they can barely speak English. They always charge the wrong amount of money for a procedure. It takes about 10 microseconds to charge my credit card, but when they finally figure out the true amount, it takes 3 months to be reimbursed. Worst mammogram facility I have ever been. 1. Questioned as to why I needed diagnostic when my doctor ordered it and my grandmother died from metastatic breast cancer and mother had 2 mastectomies. 2. Submitted all info ahead but had none received on file. Had to redo everything. Did not have my prior records. 3. Horrible service the older guy at the front desk did not know what he was doing when putting my X-ray order in. Took him over a hour people came in 30 45 minutes after me for X-rays who were seen before me. Then he entered my insurance information wrong and a get a bill $365 for a Xray PF my knees. Thats not counting the X-rays I had for both shoulders the same day.
