I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment only to leave extremely upset with the incompetent schedulers. I drove an hour to arrive at this office which is the only Simon Med in the valley that performs my needed xray. The scheduler failed to obtain proper documentation prior to scheduling and did not schedule me within the timespan required from my last menstrual cycle for this type of exam. I will never return and would rather pay double the price than to use Simon Med again. If they see me as just another "unwanted" patie... read more

I was denied service even with ***** Insurance because I did not have a credit card to make payments. They would not even accept $50 cash towards $150 copayment. I was told they needed a cc card to hold for 45 days or an electronic check. I asked for written payment policy and they did not have it. I have filed a complaint with ***** and NAACP for discrimination and unfair business practices in patient care.

Received a phone message from referenced Ahwatukee location telling me to contact CMG and schedule an appointment with them. I am preparing report for corporate office and requesting WRITTEN PAYMENT POLICY stating what was necessary to obtain services. I was told all Simon Med facilities were using this same payment policy. None of this Payment Policy was "posted.."
